If you registered
your domain with Active Server Hosting either individually
or with a hosting plan you will not need to make any changes
as we have made the changes for you. Otherwise, to transfer
your domain to our servers you will need to contact your current
host or domain registrar and request that they change the
DNS records or 'Name Servers' for your domain. Below is the
information they will need.
To transfer a domain, contact the current hosting
company or visit the website of the domains registrar you
used to register your domain. Either ask them to make the
changes or make the changes yourself if possible from their
website.
It may take up to 72 hours for your domain changes to propogate
throughout the DNS system. While you wait for your nameserver
changes to propagate, you can use the host names listed towards
the bottom of your account activation email. Please note that
even though your nameservers may appear to be changed when
performing a whois query against your domain it does not mean
that they have fully propagated throughout the DNS system.
Please be patient. If within 72 hours your domain still does
not resolve you may then request our support team to investigate
further.
